From our very first meeting, we felt taken care of by having two experts by our side (which really felt like a huge team) - they were both incredibly patient, guiding us through the entire process, always taking the time needed to help us understand, feel comfortable with decision making, and ensuring we were thinking about all the right things. They both had extensive knowledge of the market as well as the different Austin neighborhoods giving us diverse options to learn what we liked and didn't like. Being first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and they were extremely quick to respond and were always open to provide answers no matter how big or small.
I cannot stress how thankful we are to have had Lisa and her incredible patience. She helped us tour 30+ houses over the span of 7 months (yes, we had no idea what we really wanted) and she was always cheerful and supportive, never rushing us and going above and beyond. After we went under contract and even after we closed, Lisa continued helping us by working with builders to prepare the house for our move and even visiting the house while we were out of town to check on the work that was going on. Till this day, Lisa provides us with great contacts for different things i.e. locksmith, pest control, windows, closet designs, etc. which have been extremely helpful as we make our house a home.

As soon as we thought of a question, she would already be calling or emailing us to keep us updated on where the process was. If we had questions about the process, she made sure we understood every bit of paperwork and what it meant for us. This kind of attention can calm a lot of worry and fears for a first-time buyer with no experience. We must have looked at 20+ houses in one month. That is a LOT of time... A LOT to spend on one client. But, she did it with enthusiasm. The weekend we found our house, it was July 3rd. Most people, including her, were on vacation. She sent her assistant to show us some houses that day. The last house of the day, we knew that it was the one. Jessica immediately stopped her fun on vacation to ensure our paperwork was submitted that very day!! Being 1 of 3 offers that day, she fought hard for ours... and it paid off. Our bid was accepted.
