If we had questions about the process, she made sure we understood every bit of paperwork and what it meant for us. This kind of attention can calm a lot of worry and fears for a first-time buyer with no experience. We must have looked at 20+ houses in one month. That is a LOT of time... A LOT to spend on one client. But, she did it with enthusiasm. The weekend we found our house, it was July 3rd. Most people, including her, were on vacation. She sent her assistant to show us some houses that day. The last house of the day, we knew that it was the one.
