Jen is the backbone of the Licona Team, managing the “behind-the-scenes” magic that keeps everything running smoothly. With over 5 years of dedication, she ensures every detail is handled with precision, allowing the team to stay laser-focused on providing clients with top-notch service from start to finish.
Jen is from the Philippines and graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing Management. Outside of work, Jen is a nature lover who enjoys embarking on adventures with her husband. Her passion for the outdoors is matched only by her love for animals. Just like the rest of the Licona Team, Jen’s heart is as big as her talent—she shares our mission of rescuing and adopting dogs. In fact, she’s a proud dog mom to three amazing pups!
